From wildflowers in the high desert of the Treasure Valley. Our honey is full-bodied, with a wide variety of nectar and pollen producing a rich, bold and flavorful honey.
Our hives are naturally managed, with only organic, natural treatments to manage mites and pests. Our bees are kept in our organically managed garden, orchards and vineyards in the country near Boise Idaho.

I just went completely out of my way mid-cooking to find you guys and write this. I usually hate the taste of honey and only consume it because it’s natural but I was intrigued by the incredible, almost jammy texture - it felt strangely familiar, like this is what honey is supposed to be? THIS IS WHAT I WANT IT TO BE. As I added it to my sauce and was willing to try a DROP of it by itself. The DROP I consumed was the most beautiful floral flavor I have ever tasted and calmed my throat and nervous system to where I am convinced that someone prays over this or something. This is the work of God. Like consuming this honey feels like a spiritual experience and it tastes like candy??? How is this even possible and why is this not famous??? Thank you for making this I am officially your number one fan and will be drinking it by the gallon for the rest of my life and I will be gifting it to everyone in my life forever for every single occasion or event. I am so glad I randomly decided to try this at the nursery checkout line like this is one of the top five decisions of my life I KNOW IT SOUNDS DRAMATIC BUT I HAVE HATED HONEY FOREVER UNTIL TODAY AND I SUDDENLY LOVE IT. If you ever decide to stop making honey (massive disservice to society, do not recommend), please announce it ahead of time so I can buy out all of your product. Thank youuuuuu!!!!

This is the best honey on the market. You can taste Idaho wildflowers in the honey and it is amazing. I find that it is so potent I only need a fraction of the honey I would use if it was store bought. I often mix in a little of this honey with fresh brewed green tea and there is nothing like it anywhere. You have not lived until you try this honey.
I wanted local honey from my area because it helps my allergies so much. I searched online and I found you guys near by! I had to try it and it was so good! Definitely buying from you from now on. Thanks!
